Despre blog

Uitat de minte, vital si corp el continua sa straluceasca in templul inimii spirituale, asteptand momentul in care suntem pregatiti sa ne reamintim esenta noastra divina.

How can we overcome the scary situations? We can do that very easily by feeling the living presence of God inside us. He is the Creator of all that exists, so if we have the privilege to feel Him inside our heart how can we be afraid of anything? If we feel God within ourselves we can go everywhere, even in hell without any fear. How can we feel the living presence of God inside us? Simply by giving up all the attachments we have. These attachments are like an invisible wall that obstruct God from coming in our heart, in our life. We should love everybody but not be attached.. Otherwise when we try to meditate, when we try to open our heart to divinity, our mind will go talking with all the things we are attached. If you do not know what attachements you have, just start meditate, and the thoughts that come consistently in your mind are your attachments  So in order to really feel God we need a heart that cry form Him and nobody else. Then He is forced to come into our lives. There is no other way. We can not trick Him. But when we really want Him He will come running.

The morning sun - Soarele dimineții

“Hope abides; therefore I abide.
Countless frustrations have not cowed me.
I am still alive, vibrant with life.
The black cloud will disappear,
The morning sun will appear once again
In all its supernal glory.”

„Speranța îndură; de aceea îndur și eu.
Nenumăratele frustrări nu m-au speriat.
Sunt încă viu, vibrând de viață.
Norul negru va dispărea,
Soarele dimineții va răsări din nou
În toată gloria lui divină.”

Happiness - Fericirea

“Be sincere in your thoughts,
Be pure in your feelings.
You will not have to run after happiness.
Happiness will run after you.”

„Fii sincer în gândurile tale,
Fii pur în sentimentele tale.
Nu va trebui să alergi după fericire.
Fericirea va alerga după tine.”

The privilege - Privilegiul

To pray and meditate it is not a duty but a privilege. Through prayer and meditation we have the opportunity to feel the divine within us. That is our real happiness, the pure happiness. The vital satisfaction is just an illusion that is always followed by frustration and destruction.
To feel our divinity is to be a happy children in God's garden. That is something that God has granted us, but it is up to us if we take it or leave it. Not to feel our divinity is to be in the forest of ignorance where worries, fear, doubt and suffering loom large. Why is that? Simply because when we forget our divinity, we have no Source, we have no root, we are like dust in the wind.
So let us be always aware of our divinity, no matter how many mistakes we made in life. The Source is always there for us, waiting with its arms wide open.

“When you really have something to offer - Atunci când aveți cu adevărat ceva de oferit

“When you really have something to offer to the world, then you can become truly humble. A tree when it has no fruit to offer, remains erect. But when the tree is laden with fruit, it bends down. If you are all pride and ego, then nobody will be able to get anything worthwhile from you. When you have genuine humility, it is a sign that you have something to offer to mankind.”

Wherever you go - Oriunde mergi

“Wherever you go, go with inspiration and aspiration.
Whatever you do, do with love and concern.
Whomever you see, see with purity's beauty
And responsibility's glory.”

Life's lessons - Lecțiile vieții

Our present life is the result of all our choices. If we are not satisfied with our life, that means that some of our choices were not that good. Each choice open a road in front of us. It is true that in the end ”All the road lead to Rome,” but we have to see how fast we would like to get to Rome. Some roads of our life are big detours. Some of them even get us in an opposite direction of our goal. That is why we should be careful in our choices, because the life we live is made of the choices we take.
Now the question is how can we be sure that we choose the right thing to do? In simple things, it is true that human mind can help us with that. But in the real difficult and important situations, our mind is of no use at all.
What we need in that cases is intuition. For that we need to learn how to dive deep within, and connect with our inner being. Through our inner being we can connect with the entire universe and feel the answer to our questions. The best way to do that is to learn the art of silencing our thoughts and emotions through meditation.
In the human life we use very often the word ”failure”. For the same action, in the divine world it is used the word ”lesson”. All of our lessons are those who create and build our inner strength. If, like a little children, we are sure that eventually we are going to walk, regardless how many times we stumble, then nothing can stand against us. We will climb the highest mountain and cross the largest  ocean to get to our dear goal. Also the goal itself will call us, and come to meet us, because the goal need us as much as we need our goal. The only risk when we stumble is to remain there. But if the faith is there, then we will never give up and eventually we are bound to taste the sweetness of our goal.  Then we will be grateful for all the lessons that life offered us.

We forget all too often - Uităm mult prea des

We forget all too often that we are a soul having a human body. We tend to forget too often that we are divine, and totally identify with our human life. Yes, indeed we are humans, but that is only the surface, divinity is what we truly are. When we forget that, when we identify ourselves with our body, mind and emotions. That is where our suffering starts, because we lose contact with our roots, with our power. We are here on earth because our soul, our divine soul, wants to have this earthly experience and make progress. For that, in order to manifests here, the soul needs the physical body, vital, mind and heart. Without them there can be no soul's manifestation here on earth. That is true. Still we shouldn't never forget our essence, otherwise we are bound to get lost in the intricacies of the human life. If we want to life a happy life and express our soul's divine potential we should always be aware of our divine nature.

Peace and happiness - Pace și fericire

What are we looking for? We are looking for happiness and peace. Happiness and peace we will no find if we go on staying in the endless waves of our thoughts and emotions. These thoughts and emotions only create frustration, fear and restlessness in our life. We are the core of the ocean, where the peace abides, and not the countless and endless waves of our outer world.
So if we really want and need peace, if we really want to be released from the craziness of the world, we need to dive deep within ourselves, where our essence is, and charge with peace, divine peace and joy. That we can do through prayer and meditation.. Then we can come back and bring this peace to those around us. This is how we can have peace and be happy and also spread these qualities around us.  And this is not an escape from the world. No, it the only real way we can help ourselves and the world around us. Otherwise we are bound to suffer and to see the world suffering.

To meditate is to feed our soul, our divinity. To feed our divinity is to become divine. Stronger our divinity become more capacity we are going to have to transform our animal and human life into a divine life. Prayer and meditation are the food for our soul.
Prayer and meditation are different degrees of our communication with God. When prayer is intense and real it has to turn into meditation. In prayer we talk and God is listening. In meditation we listen and God speaks to us. When we put everything into our prayer, when we pray with all our body, vital, mind and heart then we start to feel God. At that time our words stop and we open up to God. That is meditation. Prayer and meditation are just different expressions of our aspiration. Prayer, intense prayer is needed in order to reach meditation, and even the advanced seekers need to pray hard in the beginning of their meditation. But once we start meditate, prayer is not need it anymore. Our connection with divinity became real. We just need to be receptive and keep that connection.
In the future meditation will be part of humanity daily practice. Once humanity will realize that our soul is the leader of our being, a special concern will be given to it. And meditation is the way, we can take care and feed our soul. So in the future, children will learn from the very early stages of their lives how to meditate.
That will lead us to a totally changed mankind.

The ultimate goal - Țelul ultim

We need both inner power and outer strength
To inspire humanity to reach its ultimate goal.

To reach my ultimate goal I need only one thing:
My Lord's Compassion flooded Eye.

Meditation - the way to freedom - Meditația - calea spre libertate

What is meditation? Meditation is not the goal, is not the purpose but just a mean to get to our goal. What does exactly mean meditation, and why is so often mentioned nowadays? It is only because meditation, along with prayer, is the way to grow and fully express our inner being, our soul, that part of us that used to be not only neglected but even totally forgotten. And if we forget our essence then our life is wasted.
Meditation means actually to go beyond the realm of the body, vital and mind, and experience divinity in its true form. For that, practically what we need is to make our body still, calm down our emotions and to quieten our mind, our thoughts. When we do that, our whole being become silent and we create an empty space inside ourselves. In that space, in that receptivity our divinity can come down to fill and fulfill us. It is like the waves of the lake disappear  and the water of the lake become totally clear so that we can see all the way to the bottom of the lake. When all the parts of the being, our thoughts and emotions remain quiet, we can be in contact with our deepest part, the soul our divine spark. And when we reach to our divinity, our whole life is changed. For the first time we can feel the real purpose of our life. There is where we start our spiritual journey.
True this process that lead us to meditation could be not so easy. Depends from one person to the other. But the sure thing is that if we really  want to access our divinity and we believe in that, nobody can deny that to us. It is our birth right.
What can clear the way for us, so that we can experience meditation much easier, is a teacher. A real teacher that knows the way and can give us a shortcut. Also being with a group of people interested in meditation, can make your meditation much stronger. When we meditate alone we are like  small springs, but when we meditate together we are like a great river that goes into the ocean.
Meditation is the way to freedom, the way to satisfaction and fulfilment.

I am in preparation - Mă pregătesc

I am in preparation. I am in preparation for a new dawn, a new morning, a new day. I shell consciously and forcefully bury my past experiences, experiences of failure, experiences of frustration, experiences of unworthiness. I shell obliterate from my memory tablet, all the uncomely experiences, all the unillumining experiences that I have had so far in my life. I am in preparation for an ever new life.
My new life will be a life of self-transcending and God-inviting smiles. My old life gave me what it had: fear of God, fear of desire and fear in desire. My new life give the message of love of God and fulfillment of God in God's own way. I am in preparation to become God's supremely chosen instrument - Him to love, Him to please, Him to fulfill  always and always in His own way.

Smile my friends - Zâmbiți prietenii mei

Smile my friends, my soulful friends smile, let us smile. True this world of ours is full of suffering and excruciating pain, but that is not reason why we should not smile. We must smile in order to unburden the world suffering-burden. We must smile in order to diminish its untold pangs.

Inner and outer beauty - Frumusețe interioară și exterioară

. Beauty. We all are attracted, captured and captivated by the beauty in all its forms. Have you ever wonder why is it so? How is it that around something beautiful we become like bees around the nectar? It is because beauty it is an expression of  divinity. Beauty reminds us of the perfect beauty of our divinity, reminds us where we come from and where we go.

There is  outer beauty and inner beauty. The outer beauty, some of us have it, others don't. Somehow that it is beyond our power. This outer beauty can be a blessing, but most of the time it is a curse,  whether we realize it or not. Outer beauty comes and goes. It is transient like a sunny day of summer. We should enjoy it but not become attached to it. On the other hand the inner beauty, once is settled in our being becomes eternal. When we have inner beauty that is also expressed in our outer appearance.Inner beauty could be something that we came with, but also we can developed this inner beauty.

When we meet somebody, first  we see that person as a body that is  beautiful or not that beautiful, and we can be attracted to that or not. Then we feel that person. What does that means? We all noticed that when we are around a person we feel comfortable or we have an unpleasant feeling to that person. That is connected with the inner beauty of that person. This inner beauty is a result of all  feelings and thoughts that we keep inside our being. All this thoughts and feelings create a kind of invisible aura, that even it is not visible we can feels it. So we may think that nobody knows what we feel or what we think, and that is true. Nobody knows it, but in a way or another everybody feel it.

Our inner beauty is feed it with pure feelings and thoughts. Prayer and meditation are like a inner shower for our feelings, emotions and thoughts. After our praying and meditation all the bad feelings, ideas and thoughts had been taken away, and we are again pure like little children. In the end our inner beauty is an expression of our love and purity. More love and purity we have inside us, more beautiful we are.

Let us be beautiful cause that is our destiny, our reality!

Gratitude is Receptivity - Recunoștința este Receptivitate

In order to grow spiritually, we need to receive something that can sustain this grow. In order to receive we must have an emptiness inside us, a place where to receive what it comes. Many times we are so full of ourselves, so full of our thoughts, that there is no place for anything else there. When that is happening, we are dying slowly but sure.  To have this emptiness is to be receptive, to be hungry, to feel that there is more out there and to have the inner cry for more. If we do not have this inner cry, we cannot grow, we are bound to remain as we are.
The easiest and most effective way to be receptive is gratitude. When we have gratitude, we open up ourselves and create that emptiness inside us, and inside this emptiness something beautiful, pure and strong will come. That something is our divine food, the food that will feed our inner child, the soul, and help us grow into a divine instruments here on earth. And when our soul is nurtured, our whole being is happy, because the soul is our reality, our essence.
That is why if we want to be happy we have  to offer our gratitude to the Highest.
So, if early in the morning, we can offer for five minutes, our deepest gratitude, our unconditional gratitude to the Supreme in us, we are going to feel His touch all over the day.

We were born into this world to express our special qualities that we all carry inside us. We have a physical birth, where the mother is having all the effort, pain and suffering for us. She is the one that helped us to raise into this world. A very interesting fact is that in this relation mother-child, each one brings something very special to other. Mother's life, if it is a real mother, will be totally changed after she gave birth to a child. To give birth it is a transforming experience for the mother, on the one hand, but also for the one that is being born, because the child has the possibility of a new life, of a new experience. He is born into a new life. Each one of them give something to the other, something that does not necessarily has a name, but is something that will stay, even it will grow in time.

But there is also something that is called spiritual birth. Here things are a little bit different.  Here the effort, pain and suffering belong to us. Undoubtedly they are accompanied by joy and happiness. The spiritual birth it is a journey where the suffering-valley and joy-peeks  alternates. We need to pass through all of them  with patience and total acceptance, being convinced that they will lead us toward the manifestation of our divinity, so that we can bring forward our divine potential and have our spiritual birth. As our physical birth is assisted by a doctor so our spiritual birth is assisted by the doctor Supreme (or if we are lucky we can have a Teacher, or a spiritual Master)  that can provide that does everything that is need it, so that this operation can be safe and fruitful. As the mother accept all the pain and suffering in order to give birth, thinking only to the happiness that will come in the end, when she can look to the child, so we need to pass through all the moulding experiences that our existence give us in order to prepare us for the liberating experience of the spiritual birth.
Let us not forget why we all have come into this world!

God has chosen - Dumnezeu a ales

God has chosen for you the condition under which you are living your present life.
It is like a play. The stage is set and the curtain has been raised,
For you to perform and advanced along the spiritual path.
Your present conditions are the best possible ones for your advancement.

The way to divinity - Devenirea întru divinitate

Our relationship with divinity has four different stages. But first of all I think it is good to mention that divinity is not an old man with a big beard sitting on a white cloud somewhere in the sky. No, divinity it is the deepest and highest part inside ourselves. Divinity is our essence.
In the first stage of our relation with divinity, of the process that eventually turn us into divinity, we are not even aware about the existence of a higher reality. Our life, our personality and  narrow ego, is all that matter for us.
Then we start to become aware of the existence of divinity and even we have moments when we recognize it in the special people, or special experiences around us. In this stage, times when we remember and recognize God alternate with those when we totally forget about Him.
In the third stage, we see and feel divinity not only in the special people but in all the people, in all that we see. We see it here, there everywhere. Now everything brings divinity in our mind.
In the last stage we totally forgot about our existence because we have become divinity. Our essence reach its fully manifestation. Now the man is totally divine. About this is all the human story.

Relația noastră cu divinitatea are patru etape.

You are secure - Ești în siguranță

”You are spiritual that means you are secure. Security means that you feel the living presence of God inside you, and you feel your living presence inside God. Also you tell yourself that you are for God and God is for you. When you tell yourself that God is for you and you are for God, and when you feel your presence inside God and God presence inside you, that is your security.”

The seeker - Cautătorul

What is a seeker? A seeker is that individual that is not satisfied with what he has and what he is, that individual that feels that beyond the appearance of this world there is something deeper and more intense, and who consciously try to find that something in order to be happy. It is a journey that he do not know when it is going to end, how it will evolve, and where it will lead him. But he knows that he is decided to do everything in his power to go till the end. The road will not be always sunny, it will be ups and downs, dark times of pain and desperate fighting, but the destination, the goal it will attract and beckon ceaselessly the one who is a real seeker. Eventually it will lead him to the goal, and give him the opportunity to drink from the pure satisfaction of the divine joy.

To give is to be happy - A dărui însemnă să fii fericit

To give is to be happy. There are two ways of giving. First we give from what we have, and then we give from what we are. Self-offering to the divinity within us is the highest form of giving and lead us to the highest bliss.
We do not need to give because it is moral or nice, but because it is our soul's, our divinity's way of living. And when we follow the soul we are happy. But in order to give we need to have. In order to have we need to work. That is valid both in the inner world and in the outer world. It is useless to have an urge of giving if we do not have nothing to offer. When we meditate, when we pray, we open up ourselves and let divinity from deep within ourselves to  fill  and fulfill us. Then when we relate, when we talk, when we smile to the others we offer them this divine happiness we just receive. Offering them our happiness bring us even more happiness. That is how the happiness spreads around the world and then come back to the source, to us,  even  richer than it was first. So let us  give and receive, give and be happy.

The part and the whole - Partea și întregul

We are the part and the universe is the whole. We are the cell and the universe is the body. In order for the cell to survive it needs the body. But is also true that the body is made of cells. So the whole also can not exist without its parts, although the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Between the part and the whole there is a mutual relation. When the part focus only on itself, and abandon the whole, it become an egoist cell, an isolated cell and eventually a cancerous cell. A cell that works only for itself, not only that is not part of the body anymore, but it become toxic for the body, and the body is forced to eliminate it otherwise it jeopardizes its own existence. A sound cell is that cell that fulfills its own duties and in the same time works for the benefit of the whole body.

It is the same with us people as a part of this universe. When we are focused only on our own interests and totally forgot of those around us, that turns us into an unhealthy cell that could also infect those around us. Let us be sounds individuals, in the whole sense of the term, and be aware of the oneness with all those around us. Once we become aware of this we must treat them with the same concern, attention and love as we treat ourselves.

Eternal and transient - Etern și trecător

Some of our friends, relatives and relations are like waves at the shore, they just come for a while and then go disappearing forever. They bring us the message we need, we give them the message they need, and then they are gone.  Again, some of these friends, and relations are like the middle of the ocean, still and silent, always there. These are the people that will remain along with us for all of our life. They are not so many and they are  meant to be there for us. We can rely on them and they can relay on us. Their presence is much more important for us then the first category, but eventually they also have to disappear. And there is also something that has the tranquility of the deepest depth of the ocean. That is our core, that is our eternal essence, that is the most important thing in our life. Let us feed this part of ours, let ourself be drawn by our divinity and all the other friends will benefit from that. Actually all the world will benefit the moment we feed, grow into, and express our divinity. So let us love everybody but become one with our soul, with our divinity. That is the only way that lead us to real satisfaction. All the others ways will take us to frustration and suffering.

Creativity - Creativitate

We live in this world. But inside us there is also a world waiting to be expressed. An individual is not fully manifested as long as he does not expressed this potential world he carry within him. We have been created, but when we reach our full development, we also become creators. To create is to manifest the world that we have within us. Only when the individual start to become creative, he is really expressing the reality he brings into this world. And that can not be faked, we can not pretend to be creative. Either we are or we are not creative. And in order to be creative we need to grow inside, to feed our inner being with love  till the moment it becomes so strong that it must manifest in the outer world also. That is the moment when we really start to live.

Acceptance - Acceptare

"Meditation is acceptance. It is the acceptance of life within us, without us and all around us. Acceptance of life is the beginning of human satisfaction. Transformation of life is the culmination of divine satisfaction."

~ Sri Chinmoy

Reflection - Reflexie

“The words we use for the Creator are a reflect of ourselves. If we think of God as fear and shame, we are scared and have something to be ashamed of … But if we see love, compassion and kindness, it is because we possess these qualities.”~ Shams Tabrizi        Now the question is how do you see the Creator?

Whenever you are feeling down, whenever you feel depressed and sad, just look around and try to find a special person around you. Could be a singer, an artist a sportsman or just an ordinary man. But it has to be an ordinary special man. And I can tell you that if you are open you are bound to find somebody like this around you, or in a movie or in your past or anywhere else. If you really try you will find that person to inspire you. Then, all you have to do is to try to feel how much divinity express that person, how much is Supreme present in that person. Then all your sadness, depression and negative thoughts will be gone. They can not live in the same room with your awareness of divinity within and without. Being conscious of somebody else's divinity is to be aware of your own divinity, because we are all one. When we are depressed sad and hopeless it is because we forgot about our true essence, our divine essence. Let's not forget our real reality!

The real - Realul

Questioner: If the real is beyond words and mind, why do we talk so much about it?
Nisargadatta Maharaj: For the joy of it, of course. The real is bliss supreme. Even to talk of it is happiness
