Faith in God and in yourself

Self-pity, self-indulgence and egoistic emotional cries are but one shortcoming with different names.

If you say that you have no faith in yourself but you have all faith in God, then I wish to say you cannot go very far. You have to have faith, constant faith and abundant faith, not only in God, but also in yourself since you are  God's son or God's daughter. When you truly feel that you are God's child, you will find that it is beneath your dignity to make friends with ignorance. Reality, Eternity, Immortality and Infinity are not vague terms; these are your birthright. When you have that kind of faith, God will shower His choicest blessings upon your devoted head and surrendered heart.

You cannot transcend yourself

By book  studies.

But you can definitely transcend yourself

By paying attention

To the dictates of your soul.

Mila-de sine, indulgenta-de-sine si plansul emotional egoist sunt toate neajunsuri cu nume diferite.

Daca spuneti ca nu aveti credinta in voi dar aveti credinta in Dumnezeu, atunci as vrea sa va spun ca nu puteti ajunge prea departe. Trebuie sa aveti credinta, constanta si abundenta, nu doar in Dumnezeu, dar de asemenea trebuie sa aveti credinta si in voi insiva deoarece sunteti fiul sau fiica lui Dumnezeu. Atunci cand simtiti cu adevarat ca sunteti copilul lui Dumnezeu, veti realiza ca este sub demnitatea voastra sa fiti prieteni cu ignoranta. Realitatea, Eternitatea, Nemurirea si Infinitul nu sunt termeni vagi; ele sunt dreptul vostru din nastere. Atunci cand aveti acest tip de credinta, Dumnezeu va lasa sa curga asupra voastra binecuvantarile lui cele mai speciale asupra capului vostru devotat si asupra inimii voastre abandonate.

Nu te poti transcende

Prin studiul cartilor.

Dar cu siguranta te poti transcende

Dand atentie ordinelor date de sufletul tau.
