When the mind is silent


When the mind is silent we are full of energy. When we get carried on by the thoughts we waste our energy. Especially the negative thoughts are great energy consumers. To succeed to have a silent mind is not an easy task, but the result deserves all the effort. Actually that is what is concentration and meditation in the beginning. Any thought that is coming need to be rejected. Nothing, nothing should come into our mind. Then the peace, the silence, the void that fulfill us is coming. When everything is silent we can really hear and feel something. That is the moment when we reconnect with the Source, where we came from.   


Atunci cand mintea tace suntem plini de energie. Atunci cand ne lasam prada gandurilor, acestea ne irosesc energia. In special gandurile negative sunt cele mai mari consumatoare de energie. A reusi sa ai o minte tacuta nu e un lucru simplu, e nevoie de exercitiu si perseverenta, dar efortul merita pe deplin. Acest control al mintii il poti obtine doar prin meditatie. De fapt in aceasta si consta concentrarea si meditatia la inceput. Orice gand care ne vine trebuie respins. Nimic, nimic nu trebuie sa intre in minte. Si apoi se naste linistea, vidul care ne implineste. Atunci cand totul tace putem auzi sau simti ceva cu adevarat. Atunci refacem legatura cu Sursa din care provenim.
